About Auro Wealth Management
Auro Wealth Management, formally Pickett Financial Partners, was established in August 2005 with the goal to helping people better navigate the financial market. With over 70 years of combined experience in the financial industry, each member of the Auro team brings a set of skills and expertise to helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
Our primary focus is to help business owners with wealth management and business succession planning. With the environment ever changing and challenging for business owners, helping talented entrepreneurs plan and reach their financial goals is very rewarding for us.
We love what we do and believe in having diverse, well-rounded lives, keeping up-to-date and improving with the world around us. As such, we place a high priority on continuing education and participate in think-tanks in order to expand our view of the future and the challenges that come along with rapid change and exponential growth in business and technologies.

Branch Manager/Financial Advisor
After graduating from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelors in Economics, Frank began his career in the financial services industry in 1975. Over the course of 20 years, he worked in mortgage banking, commercial lending, savings and investments, import and export banking, and credit analysis at Security National Bank, Wachovia, and Prudential.
In 1996, Frank moved to the securities industry, and has since been through one of the strongest bull markets in history and two of the worst bear markets since the Great Depression. Together with his varied experience in the banking industry, managing his clients’ assets through these wildly different periods has helped him enhance his skills, refine his judgment and develop a thorough decision-making process that is invaluable for his clients today.
Outside of helping entrepreneurs reach their financial potentials, Frank is very passionate about anything motorsports. In his free time, he loves to race, and enjoys photography, travel, and most of all, spending time with his family.

With more than 24 years of experience, Sue has had the privilege to work at some of the most prestigious names on Wall Street: Kidder Peabody, Hambrecht & Quist, and Prudential Securities. But she’s most proud of her career with Raymond James and Frank Pickett, helping build a culture that puts clients first and develops a deep understanding of their needs as individuals first and investors second.
Sue’s personal interests include traveling, cooking, English soccer and badminton, and spending time with family and friends. She supports the ALS Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, as well as pancreatic cancer and local animal charities, all causes that are close to her heart. Sue has two daughters and lives with her fiancé.

Office Manager/Financial Advisor
With 11 years in the industry, Katie has worked with Raymond James and Frank Pickett since August 2005. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and cooking and loves ice hockey and football. She’s involved in the ALS Association and lives with her husband and their rescue animals Dixie, George, and Chloe.

Laura holds a Bachelors of Finance degree from Ursinus College, and began her career in the banking industry in 2002, moving to the securities industry in 2006. She has since worked with Raymond James and Frank Pickett, and is most happy knowing she makes tangible differences for the betterment of her clients’ futures.
Outside of work, her hobbies include hiking with her dog Stella, ice-hockey, and staying fresh and up-to-date with current events. She supports the ALS Organization, Friends & Helpers Organization, and the San Bernardino Community Action Food Bank
Greg brings more than a dozen years of experience in child development to Auro Wealth Management, giving him a uniquely human perspective on the business. Often times, wealth management comes down to a person’s psychology, which is something Greg understands deeply. As the administrative assistant, he is always ready and available to help our clients with their day-to-day needs.
In his free time, Greg enjoys movies, sports, and spending quality time with his young son.
